Stacey Muhammad Signs Hip-Hoppreneur Brand Management Deal With CM Cap

(January 21, 2011, Washington D.C/Brooklyn, New York) Award-winning filmmaker, documentarian and activist, Stacey Muhammad (http://staceymuhammad.com) has signed a brand management and strategic marketing deal with CM Cap, founded by political strategist, business economist, and former GM of Wu-Tang Management, Cedric Muhammad.

“Stacey Muhammad epitomizes what it means to be a Renaissance Woman – Creative Genius, Entrepreneur, and Agent of Social Change. She is the vanguard of talented multi-disciplinarians who explode limited marketing categories and labels designed to make others feel comfortable, more than accurately describe. Stacey stands out, while others fit in. I don’t know anyone in this generation using a camera, pen and voice more powerfully and beautifully on behalf of humanity. She informs, entertains and heals through her art, social commentary and mastery of technology. Her courage, independent spirit and commitment to perfect her craft are peerless. It’s rare to find someone so down-to-earth, with knowledge of themselves, and an understanding of the power of culture and the industries it intersects with. I’m so honored to partner with her. America, the Diaspora and the World are hers.” Cedric Muhammad of CM Cap stated.

The partnership will focus on Stacey Muhammad’s creative and entrepreneurial endeavors, her brand new blog – ‘Magdalene Scrolls’ – and the newly-launched website, Staceymuhammad.com (http://staceymuhammad.com/).

Cedric and Stacey are also developing a pilot for an original Webisode series to debut this Fall.

I believe Cedric’s Hip-Hoppreneur ™ vision has found the nexus point where tramadol forum personality, talent, and movement energy meet. And that’s where I am, all day. I look forward to pursuing exciting business opportunities with him, pushing the envelope creatively, and making an important statement that success and good works go hand-in-hand,” Stacey remarked.

Stacey Muhammad is a New Orleans native who currently hails from Brooklyn, New York.
